IES M2M System iPhone is a PUSH message based program. User must have the iPhone ready to have a valid PUSH token and internet connection (Wi-Fi/3G/GPRS).
IES M2M System is adhered to the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement section 3.3.7. User must agree with all privacy and data collection laws when using IES Tracking service.
IES M2M PUSH message structure:
IES M2M PUSH message report format are easy to understand, it contains the (a) vehicle alias (b) date/time (c) Latitude / longitude (d) event content (e) speed (f) direction.
There are 5 main sections in IES M2M System:

Command
~User can select any of the 11 commands and send it to the tracking server. When the tracking server receives the command, it will divert to the tracker. When the tracker completed the job, it will return the ACK report to the server. And the server will send a PUSH message to the iPhone sender.
The 11 commands include Lock, Unlock, Panic, Anti Car-jacking, Emergency Override, Trunk release, Arm, Request Position, Last Known Position, Remote Start and Stop Remote Start.
When this ACK PUSH message received, IES M2M will make a notification sound (or vibration if in silent mode) and plot it on the MAP.
Map
~IES M2M system is including a Google Map to display the location from the PUSH message. User can click the point and show the report details (Device Alias, Date/Time, Location, Speed, Direction and Event description).
Account
~User must use the update button to renew the Vehicle list. After updating the account, user can send command to the desired vehicle.
History
~While the PUSH messages received, IES M2M can record it into a "vehicle Alias.txt" file. User can press the file to read the history report. And the log information can be viewed when pressing "Server Log" button.

~It contains the operational manual and software revision.
Troubleshooting
1. IES M2M system can operated in iPhone that is not been Jail-Break. This is because IES M2M system will employ the Apple PUSH service and must have a valid PUSH token.
2. Account must be updated (by connecting to the server) before use.
If the account information has been modified, the server will send PUSH notification to alert the user.
